On page 292 we give some preliminary illustrations of the proposed railway bridge over the Firth of Forth. We say proposed, because, although the designs have been completed and the contracts for its construction let, none of the capital has yet been subscribed. From our illustrations it will be gathered that the structure as designed is of gigantic proportions, and such as have never yet been attempted…
