New metal plating process for plastics

Saxonia Galvanik GmbH (Stand No:  D11) of  Halsbruecke, Germany will launch an innovative process for plating high temperature polymers with PPS coatings for electronics and antenna applications. The company offers a wide range of decorative and functional electroplated metal coatings on a wide range of plastics, including difficult materials such as mineral filled PA and ABS/PC. The service includes full and selective plating, including high volume applications, with coatings that include copper, nickel, satin and glossy chrome, 3Q7 (aluminium look), and tri-chrome.

Saxonia also offers selective plating of  2-component plastic parts with a special 2K-process, and will showcase components for internal and external automotive applications, telecommunications, electrical engineering, electronics and the and sanitary industry.
