Accuracy across different budgets is the focus of the new comprehensive gear range from Reliance Precision Mechatronics LLP.

For a very economical balance of accuracy against cost, the brass spur gears in the range are designed for less demanding applications where accuracies up to ISO 9/10 are required.

Higher accuracy applications benefit from the choice of stainless steel and aluminium alloy precision cut gears or stainless steel fine pitch ground gears. The plain or anti-backlash precision cut gears are designed for long life and low torque transmission capabilities. The fine pitch ground gears go down to a 0.5 module and are accurate to ISO 5. These gears are easily tailored to suit interface requirements and offer higher torque transmission capabilities.

For ultimate accuracies or application specific designs the bespoke gear design service uses Reliance’s exceptionally accurate and repeatable fine pitch gear manufacture and specialist knowledge and inspection facilities to produce gears in stainless steel, aluminium, brass and delrin with pitches between 0.2 and 6 module. Past bespoke design applications have included accurate data transmission through to highly loaded fin and flap actuation components.

The new extended range combined with Reliance’s experience and knowledge makes Reliance an ideal supplier for your precision gear requirements.
