With the FlexTop 2231, Baumer’s product segment Process Instrumentation offers a versatile temperature transmitter with Profibus communication. FlexTop 2231 with Profibus communication is a configurable universal temperature transmitter with galvanic isolation between input and output. It is suitable for the food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and  iological technologies, chemical and petrochemical industry as well as for power plants. The input can be configured using either a 2-, 3- or 4-wire or a dual Pt100 connection for the resistance input.
