The UFAR ultrasonic sensor provides precise and safe level detection of granulates, pastes and liquids, independent of their colour or consistency. It is contained in a stainless steel housing with a G½” thread; its sonic transducer is protected by a mediaresistant parylene coating. The sensor’s four-digit display is easily read on site and allows adjustment of the analogue output signal to the existing tank geometry via a 30-step calibration. Volume or level height can be displayed in any desired unit. Data input is realised via the FlexProgrammer 9701
