Conference for the forestry, architectural and design industries

A conference for the forestry, architectural and design industries to stimulate debate and interest about the use of timber as a sustainable, viable and innovative resource is being hosted by the Northwest Regional Forestry Framework.

The half-day event (with optional afternoon workshops) will take place in Liverpool on May 15th.

The key note speaker will be RIBA 2008 Gold media winner and architect Ted Cullinan. Presentations will also be given by the architecture practice Feilden Clegg Bradley, responsible for the celebrated timber build, Formby Pool in Merseyside as well as the timber industry body FIDC and representatives from Stavanger in Norway.
