Mechanical Design Engineer Aerospace Aerodynamics
£31K + Benefits (Depending on Experience)
Portsmouth, Hampshire

We are actively seeking a high calibre Mechanical Design Engineer who has excellent experience with Metals or Composites and Aerodynamics.
Working with Filtration products for the Aerospace sector you should be able to carry out Airflow calculations and be degree or equivalant qualified.

Specialising in assemblies for Engine and Aviation applications you will have Catia, Solidworks, ProE or equivalant high end 3D CAD experience with a demonstrated understanding of Materials selection and fabrication techniques from varification through to validation of the design process

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to work for a Global leader in Filtration products. Working as part of a large Aerospace and Transport team you will be able to focus your skills in an inovative design environment with the potential to work on projects for international clients.

The role will be base in Portsmouth and salary is expected to be around £30K - £31K with an excellent benefits package.
