Role
Due to a significant increase in training demand, we have Technical Instructor posts for all Aircraft Engineering disciplines. You will join an established team of multi disciplined engineers to work on course development and presentation of Aircraft systems, Avionics or Mechanical.
Responsibilities
Activities will include:
• The construction of course syllabi, presentation design and the development of course notes to the standards required in accordance with EASA Part 147.
• Take responsibility for complete work packages, making a significant contribution to the training teams function and capabilities
Qualifications/Experience
• Aircraft Systems experience within Avionics or Mechanical Systems
• Good communication, motivational, leadership skills are needed, and applicants must be able to work on their own initiative
• Previous technical instructional experience would be an advantage, though not essential as training will be given to the successful applicant
This position will provide opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of activities and the development of technical expertise will be encouraged
Training will be available to develop instructional capability including both managerial and technical skills as needed.
