Job Description
Our client, a UK based firm of commercial and claims consultants working on projects in the building construction, civil engineering, oil & gas and process industries now has requirements for Contracts personnel, in particular experienced Contract Administrators to work in Jakarta, Indonesia on the construction of process plant projects. Duties will include providing advice and support to the procurement and contracts manager, sourcing and implementing a single database of contracts information consisting of all current live contracts, developing reporting from the database and current procurement system (MP2) to all users to enable proper contract management and commitment accounting / forecasting, developing procedures and policies to cover procurement and contracts process, support and transfer of knowledge / expertise to Indonesian national procurement and contracts staff. Ideally you will have previous experience of a contracts role in Indonesia or similar location and have experience of working in a similar role on the construction of process plants with an understanding of PTK007 guideline. You are likely to be Degree qualified in Engineering or quantity surveying. This role is for 6 - 12 months.
