Training Instructor - Avionics

Job Description

Due to a high business volume we currently require a number of Avionics Training Instructors to focus on the effective delivery of a comprehensive suite of training programmes.

Your main tasks and activities will include:

• Deliver training to the required standard to meet fully the requirements and needs of the customer.
• Develop courseware with due regard to the agreed look, style and presentational form and standards.
• Research and evaluate the technical content of the training material you either develop or approve for currency, accuracy and ease of applicability.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the development of high quality, complex, synthetic trainers.

Experience/Qualifications

• You should have at least three years experience relevant to the aerospace industry or in a military aviation environment.
• Instructional experience is desirable but not essential.
• Avionics knowledge relevant to Rotary or Fixed Wing is essential.
