Job Description

Two challenging new opportunities have arisen for both a Senior and a Junior Electronics Engineer with this established high-tech Cambridge Company, award winning designers of a range of imaging systems.

Candidates will be qualified to a minimum of Degree level in an Electronics Engineering subject which should be supported by good A level grades ( ideally to include Mathematics and Physics) and will have proficiency in Digital circuit design and FPGA design.

Successful individuals will be part of a dedicated team of Hardware Engineers working on a variety of thermal imaging related projects and will be able to offer enthusiasm and a keen interest in new technologies to meet the challenges of a highly successful Company.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SOUGHT:
Good Academic qualifications.
Digital Design including FPGAs and/or CPLDs.
Analogue Design.
Power Supply Design.
Microprocessors.
DSP. PCB Layout.
Video Signals.
Optoelectronics appreciation.

The roles will involve a variety of tasks incluing feasibility studies for new products, circuit design, PCB layout, system integration as well as EMC and Low Voltage product approvals and production support.

You will be encouraged to contribute new ideas and will have the opportunity to work in some exciting new areas of emerging technology.
