Job Description

Mechanical Design Engineers - £25K+ Experience dependent - North Wales

Several exciting opportunities exist for all levels of Mechanical Engineer ( from Junior up to Senior level ) to join this rapidly expanding and dynamic company based in the picturesque North Wales area and building a world class reputation for highly integrated 3D digital sensor solutions.

Candidates should hold a good Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Maufacturing Engineering and have good knowledge of using 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks and have proficiency in FEA (Finite Element Analysis), preferably ANSYS. An appreciation of geometric dimensional tolerancing and injection moulding processes are also highly beneficial.
For Senior roles candidates should have several years proven industrial experience gained ideally within a mechanical or high volume electronics manufacturing environment together with excellent time management skills and team leadership experience.

The roles will involve the design and modelling of mechanical components, defining thermal and mechanical stresses using FEA as well as attending design reviews and brainstorming sessions to enhance the company's existing technology platforms. You will required to support other team members in the research, development and design of components.
