​Dassault Systèmes takes majority share of RTT

Dassault Systèmes has taken an 84 per cent controlling interest in Realtime Technology AG (RTT), a provider of 3D visualisation software and computer generated imagery services.

This acquisition of Munich-based RTT will include its software division, known for its DeltaGen, PictureBook, POS Configurator and other solutions, and its marketing consulting services.

It will also include subsidiary Bunkspeed, with its line of rendering software. RTT’s customers includes Hugo Boss, adidas, Airbus, Audi, BMW, and Daimler.
