Dawson Shanahan appoints Global Sales and Marketing Manager

Xavier Genaux has been appointed as Global Sales and Marketing Manager for precision engineering and cold forming specialist Dawson Shanahan.

Xavier has over 25 years’ commercial experience and has recently moved to Dawson Shanahan from a US competitor where he was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Europe. He has extensive knowledge of cold forming and machining and a long list of contacts, which he plans to use to aid Dawson Shanahan’s worldwide growth.

Due to increasing global demand for its products, Dawson Shanahan is continuing to expand its UK engineering facilities to underpin its long term goal to grow organically by at least 15% year on year. Key to this growth is the company’s export business to Europe, North America and the Far East, which currently accounts for around 85% of all orders. Genaux, who will be based in France, will be key to managing this growth and maintaining client relationships.
