Amarinth pump

Polimeri Europa were searching for a robust pump design to solve the problems of latex build up in production and keep process lines running. The previous pumps required a high maintenance regime that meant cleaning and servicing every shift. Amarinth provided a pump that could run for three weeks without needing maintenance. With further design modification, Polimeri Europa is now trialling an Amarinth pump that has run for six months without the need for any maintenance or cleaning. It also delivers significant energy savings.
