EADS to be floated in July

European Aeronautics Defence and Space (EADS), the European aerospace group to be floated in July, said it could save £300m a year by boosting buying power and cost-cutting in manufacturing processes. EADS includes Dasa of Germany, Aerospatiale Matra of France and Casa of Spain.
