Shouldn’t the shadow industry secretary have said that ‘It is impossible to overestimate the importance — rather than ‘underestimate the importance’ — that science and technology plays in our lives.

Maybe it’s the nanobots turning my grey matter into, erm, grey matter, but shouldn’t the shadow industry secretary Stephen O’Brien have said that ‘It is impossible to overestimate the importance — rather than ‘underestimate the importance’ — that science and technology plays in our lives’ in your article Education, investment and incentives?
