Bristow wins contract to support Statoil's North Sea operations

Helicopter services provider Bristow has been awarded a five-year contract worth in excess of £100m by international energy company Statoil, to provide support for its Norwegian North Sea operations.

Under the terms of the contract, which will commence in March 2013, Bristow will provide two dedicated S-92 aircraft operating from Sola Airport, Stavanger, Norway, to several North Sea facilities in the Sleipner, Draupner and Glitne fields.
