Fund offers facilities to energy and regeneration company

The North West Fund is providing equity and loan facilities to PlaceFirst, a company engaged in energy and regeneration.

The investment, provided through a sub-fund, the North West Fund for Energy & Environmental, managed by CT Investment Partners, will be used to fund the growth of the business in two markets: remodelling run-down neighbourhoods and empty homes to create affordable housing; and retrofitting renewable energy in the social-housing sector.
