Gimv acquires majority interest in Oldelft Ultrasound

Gimv has acquired a majority interest in Oldelft Ultrasound, a medical diagnostic company specialising in the development, manufacture and service of ultrasound transducers, from AlpInvest.

Oldelft specialises in the miniaturisation of transducers, mostly to diagnose cardiovascular disorders, and is known for its Transesophageal Echocardiography transducers.
