Intertek acquires chemical inspection company

Intertek, a provider of quality and safety solutions, has acquired Expertises Technologies and Services Analyses, a provider of laboratory testing and cargo inspection services for the petroleum and chemical industries in France.

ETSA locations, staff and operations will be integrated into Intertek oil and chemical services in France to form a large cohesive network.
