Carbon Trust launches wind turbine safety competition

A long telescoping ladder on the side of the turbine mast hinged at the top whose lower end swings out hydraulically/electrically and homes onto a fixture/platform on the workboat and clamps itself on. The manned platform could then switch to movement on the workboat, staying fixed on the ladder and relative to the mast before climbing.
