IFAB to assess goal-line technologies

hi just had a thought about football goal line technology. Put some kind of micro chip in the valve of the football and use ultrasonic sensors built into the goalposts to read across goalline. If the ball crosses the line, the micro chip sends a signal to the closest linesman's flag handle to indicate ball has crossed the line
