Offshore momentum makes powerful case for state funding

I think that future offshore turbines will be too large to ship from other areas of the world which is why these companies are looking to invest in manufacturing facilities here. As such the situation will not be very different form the current automotive sector where nearly all the car plants in the UK of any significance are foreign owned.
