Lola shows the way in motorsport-to-defence

Sadly, this appears to be a ploughshares to swords route. Commendable recycling of technology, but still doing little (as everything is purchased by HMG!) to develop the economy. Unless and until our manufacturing base starts to re-make (and sell for profit) the needs of the masses of the population of the planet no real progress will occur. I am sorry to appear negative. The last time I looked I did not see a fleet of German or Japanese armoured vehicles, ships or aircraft threatening us! I did see that almost all the auto, domestic, digital, optical and even textile machinery and machine tools from those nations have almost swamped our countryside, houses factories and offices. The economic threat of this is already pivotal and almost terminal.
