The underwhelming reality of UK apprenticeships

Well, why do people always wait for the government? Apprenticeships are the best way to transfer skills and knowledge from seniors to juniors. Companies who realise this are the winners. Companies who ditch apprenticeships on advice of some MBA graduate or a screaming shareholder will pay for it.
