Healthy opportunities: engineering jobs in the healthcare sector

Design and Engineering is the same which ever industry you work for. I found medical sector not interested in designer or engineers from the automotive sector. I have design and engineered products from small precision electronic hand-held devices to a luxury car and more. I have good cred's and more, but never get a reply.
