And what happens to the CO2. Having expended all this substantial capital (on the basis of an entirely unproven hypothesis - CO2 induced climate change) what is the planned use for this essential and now misunderstood building block of life. It should by rights be returned back to biomass from whence it came and thus complete the carbon cycle, after all it is not a pollutant.
