Superconducting heads to the cities

The Long Island Power Authority HTS Cable project was the THIRD superocnducting cable to be installed in a live grid: the first was the Albany HTS Cable project in the National Grid system in Albany, New York and the second was the AEP HTS Cable, installed in the AEP Grid in Columbus, Ohio.
