Yes Brian makes a good point - the golfers will be keeping their eye on the ball not looking out to sea! What may not be well advertised is that this wind farm is being setup by AREG and Vattenfall to demonstrate new technology to reduce the cost of offshore wind. So all the comments about high cost of offshore wind are also missing the point. It does seem yet another sad case of NIMBY!
