Oxford Catalysts receives FT order from energy company

Oxford Catalysts has received an order for its Fischer-Tropsch (FT) product from a diversified energy company, following successful conclusion of negotiations announced on 15 December.

The order is for a full-scale FT unit (with a nominal capacity exceeding 25bpd), to be delivered within two months.

It will be installed and operated at one of the company’s existing facilities during the first part of 2012.

The company intends to aggressively pursue production of synthetic oil through medium-scale modular facilities located at its sites internationally.
