Acta agrees to sell photovoltaic project consents to BWG

Clean energy products company Acta has completed the signing of a framework agreement to sell photovoltaic project consents to Boreas Wind Group (BWG), a wind and solar investment company.

Headed by British financier Mr Antos Glogowski, BWG has built up extensive renewable energy interests in Australia and is now expanding its investment portfolio into Italy and Greece.

The agreement covers the sale of up to 17.3MW of consent-only projects in Italy, including projects already consented to as well as those still in process of approval.

Subject to the successful completion of project authorisation procedures and other completion conditions, the agreement has a revenue value to Acta of up to €5.2m (£4.4m).
