Axium Process, specialist stainless fabricators has recently introduced a low-cost perforated sheet strainer to existing range of hygienic stainless steel filters. The Econ-Screen filter range has a standard three-inch housing and is manufactured with an “out to in” flow, 316L stainless steel perforated screen. With operating pressures of up to 10bar, it is designed as low pressure drop “last chance” filter before a pump or inline instrument.
