Originally founded as BNL (Bearings Non Lube) in 1970, the company was purchased in 1995 by the Swiss company, Sarna Polymer Holding.
It was announced by the Board of Directors in March 2005 that Sarnatech BNL would be divested as part of the Group’s strategy to concentrate on developing the Sarnafil construction and civil engineering business.
