Automated solutions provider Camtek has revealed that revenues for its second quarter of 2010 increased 66 per cent to $20.8m (£13.1m), compared with $12.5m in the second quarter of 2009 − an increase of 18 per cent sequentially.
Gross profit on a GAAP basis for the quarter was $8.8m, or 42.4 per cent of revenues, compared with $4.2m, or 33.5 per cent of revenues, in the second quarter of 2009.
On a non-GAAP basis, gross profit totalled $9.1m, or 43.5 per cent of revenues.
Net income on a GAAP basis totalled $460,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $2.1m, or $0.07 per share, in the second quarter of 2009.
On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $1.4m, or $0.05 per diluted share.
