Promanex (Total FM & Environmental Services) Ltd has acquired Coventry & Co Limited, the Yorkshire-based engineering operation that specialises in mechanical and precipitator maintenance contracts. The acquisition will strengthen Promanex’s market position, with the addedbenefit of inheriting the company’s highly skilled workforce.
