DNV appoints new oil and gas advisor

Risk  management and sustainability services specialist DNV has appointed Frank Ketelaars as its head of UK advisory services to oversee a further growth in the oil and gas sector, drawing on a diverse and experienced pool of consultants.

Ketelaars will have overall responsibility for DNV’s advisory units in London, Manchester and Aberdeen, and will also be responsible for enhanced collaboration with European colleagues based in Paris, Milan, Rotterdam, and Bilthoven.

He joined DNV as part of the company’s acquisition of Jardine in 2005, and has worked as head of the DNV advisory unit in London since 2008, responsible for advisory activities covering safety, environmental and asset risk.
