Dyson to invest £13m and expand workforce by 100

Dyson, the vacuum cleaner manufacturer, is to invest £13m in new plastic moulding equipment at its factory in Malmsbury, Wiltshire and expand its workforce.

Dyson’s vacuum cleaner design has won prizes including the Good Design Award 1999 in Japan, and the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award for technology and innovation.
