Endress+Hauser will present at the PROFIBUS & PROFINET User Conference 2009 in
Stratford-upon-Avon on 16-19 June.
Endress+Hauser will demonstrate a working network of its PROFIBUS devices linked to a Rockwell Automation ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View system in order to show ease of connectivity and system integration as well as asset management functionality using FieldCare software.
The two-day conference covers the latest developments in PROFIBUS, PROFINET and PROFIsafe technology for factory and process automation and features application-oriented technical sessions and workshops.
Andy Smith, Business Development Engineer at Endress+Hauser, will demonstrate in two hands-on workshops how FDT/DTM technology can provide asset management and device configuration capabilities in a multi-vendor environment. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore for themselves how PROFIBUS and PROFINET equipment and techniques are used in practice and how to maximise functionality of a PROFIBUS network using FieldCare software. What’s more, the Marketing Manager for PROFIBUS at Endress+Hauser, Dr Jochen Müller, will make a presentation on the simplification of device integration for PROFIBUS.
