Ernst and Young to manage Sea Energy subsidiary sale

Sea Energy, a marine renewables development company, has appointed the Renewable Energy Group of professional services organisation Ernst and Young as its adviser to co-ordinate the sale process of its 80 per cent interest in its subsidiary Sea Energy Renewables (SER).

SER provides a growth platform in the offshore wind sector, with net interests of 781MW in three separate offshore wind-farm sites in the UK and the potential for a further 425MW in the Far East.
