Holroyd Precision set to receive £2.8m in government funding

Holroyd Precision, a supplier of precision gear, thread and rotor grinding and milling machines, is set to receive £2.8m in funding from the government’s Regional Growth Fund.

Holroyd Precision’s successful bid for funding was confirmed on 19 October 2012 by business minister Michael Fallon when he visited the company’s Rochdale headquarters.

The funding will be used to support the development of a new manufacturing facility and a European research and development and innovation centre, securing 187 existing jobs and creating 137 positions.
