This contract, won after an EU open tender process, is one of the largest awarded to IDOX, which operates out of office in London and Glasgow.
IDOX software will be implemented across Cambridge City Council in a phased approach commencing immediately, starting with revenues and benefits followed by the customer service centre, city services and housing departments.
Cambridge City Council will use the IDOX software solution to reconfigure the way it runs its services, giving them access to more shared resources.
