Chippenham-based Fascia Graphics has completed work to increase production space at its Bath Road Industrial Estate factory and now intends to increase its headcount. The company is recruiting for eight positions, including a production engineer, engineer manager, graphic designer and pad print manager.
Fascia Graphics already employs 60 staff and it is expecting a further 15 per cent increase in staff numbers this year. The company is planning to use some of the additional 3,000sqft production space to dedicate an operational area to its new pad printing technology.
This technology will offer customers the choice of printing onto a wider range of materials, shapes and surfaces. This includes the ability to print onto parts that are angled, concave or radiused such as car switches or recessed areas.
Fascia Graphics’ founder and managing director Paul Bennett said: ‘Now that work is complete on our factory we are really putting an emphasis on recruiting highly skilled staff for a number of key positions.’
