Adtranz wins contract

Adtranz has won a £120m contract to build and maintain 28 new Electrostar trains for c2c Rail, formerly LTS Rail, which operates commuter services between Essex and London. The deal will make c2c the first railway company to replace all its stock since rail privatisation.
