An advanced cooled mirror dewpointmeter for use in high purity gas and semiconductor manufacturing applications has been launched by Michell Instruments.

The Series 4000TRS boasts high accuracy measurements at low dewpoints, going below -100oC dp for the first time to produce reliable data for moisture measurement in the single parts per billion (ppb) range.

Based on fundamental cooled mirror technology, the Series 4000TRS employs a twin refrigeration system (TRS), which refrigerates the sensor to a temperature of -85oC, enabling it to detect and measure dewpoints well below this level.
