Silvon Software supplies the Silvon DataTracker which stores and maintains large volumes of data in an accessible format for enterprise-wide access in manufacturing, distribution and retail organisations.

Softlab Stand 528

Softlab will demonstrate integration of real-time systems with enterprise and supply chain systems with a Scalextric racing circuit! Data from CIM ’99 participants will be collected using an electronic lap counter and the results displayed on the web. Fastest lap times will qualify for a prize.

Solid Applications Stand 1115

Solid Applications will feature the new Solid Edge Origin software from Unigraphics Solutions, available on free trial (www.solid-edge.com) enabling existing users of 2D computer-aided draughting systems to perform risk-free evaluation of 3D solid modelling techniques. There will also be a demonstration of Solid Edge Origin 3D, for production-ready 3D part modelling and 2D draughting.

Solidworks Stand 1210

Solidworks offers an intuitive design process interface, targeted at the design engineering, heavy machinery, medical and consumer product sectors. Animator 99 and a new pipework module will make their debut.

STG Stand 760

STG offers the OPT suite of advanced planning and scheduling technology; for use by aerospace and defence, food and drink, automotive, high-tech and heavy engineering companies. OTP complements ERP systems with interfaces to packages including Oracle and SAP R/3.

Strategic Systems International Stand 930

SSI offers Tropos, a modular, integrated enterprise supply chain management system for mid-range companies in the process and repetitive discrete manufacturing sectors. Tropos controls and monitors all aspects of manufacturing and supply operations.

Sun Microsystems Stand 1510

Sun Microsystems is to show a new range of flat screens, the Ultra 80 workstation and PCi card; and the FreeForm digital modelling system from SensAble Technologies. There will also be demonstrations of ERP from SAP (Synergineer) and Work-station Technologies; electronic design auto packages from Eseda and Mentor Graphics; CAID and digital modelling from Topologies and Alias Wavefront; and MCAE systems from Applied Computing and MSC Software.

Swan Production Software Stand 520

Swan offers ERP systems designed to suit small firms. Modules handle configuration, telesales, sales force automation, quotations, service maintenance and returns plus MRPII and integrated Sage Line-100 accounts. New launches include a customer response management called Customer Desk, and an e-commerce package.

Syscom Stand 542

Syscom will be offering Systex supply chain management software applications for the textile, weaving, dyeing and knitting industries.

Systemware Services Stand 533

SSL will debut WinMan V6, a full integrated Windows-based manufacturing, accounting and distribution system from TTW. WinMan V6 can handle discrete, batch, repetitive and project-based manufacturing and distribution, and features event-driven messaging and navigation methodology.

System Software Associates Stand 730

SSA offers integrated client/server applications for global industrial enterprises. The eBPCS integrated manufacturing, supply chain management and e-commerce suite of software is available on various platforms.

Tungate Systems Stand N/A

Tungate supplies equipment to produce hardware, consumables and labels for industrial markets. These include a range of Zebra thermal printers, scanners and bar-coding equipment.
