Ace move to supply own brand

Conveyor systems company Ace Assembly Systems can now supply other machine builders with extruded aluminium sections having taken the unusual step of commissioning its own dies.

Sections are in two sizes: 40mm x 40mm and for heavier loads 40mm x 80mm. Inherently rigid and stable, they are said to be ideal for conveyor systems, machine bases and guards.

Matching 120mm x 80mm trunking conceals cables and pipework. Recesses on all four faces provide hand fixing and mounting locations. A central hole is ideal for tapping M8 size threads.
