Electricity prices set to fall

Electricity transmission prices should fall by 6-12% below the rate of inflation in April and then by 3% per year until 2006, electricity regulator Ofgem said. At the same time transmission line operator National Grid complained it had been treated more harshly than other companies, particularly Scottish and English regional distributors.
