The High Court judge hearing the application by Greenpeace for a judicial review of the Government’s award of oil exploration licences in waters west of Shetland postponed his decision at the end of last week. A verdict had been expected at the end of the three-day hearing on Friday, but the judge said the complexity of the submissions meant he would need more time to consider them.
