Kienle+Spiess to be bought

Europe’s largest electrical drive component stamper, Kienle+Spiess, is to be bought by a subsidiary of steel manufacturer Corus as part of a move into steel component manufacturing. The subsidiary, European Electrical Steels, is 75% owned by Corus, with SSAB of Sweden holding 25%.
